to new facilities in Pickering, Ontario. |

Pickering, ON - September 7, 2004: We are pleased to announce that Automation Sciences Group ("ASG") is in the process of moving and will be setting up its new office at the following location:

Our new office will be officially open for business on 1 October
2004.
The site is located in Pickering, Ontario - east of Brock Rd. and south
of Bayly Ave. with Highway 401 approx. 2kms to the north and Lake Ontario approx. 2 kms to the south. Pickering is a community in the GTA
("Greater Toronto Area") and borders the City of Toronto immediately to
the east.

| Richmond Hill, ON - July 12, 2003: Automation
Sciences Group, Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario has achieved business
partner status with Specter Instruments, Inc. (Austin, Texas) as a
Systems Integrator Partner. As a Systems Integrator Partner, Automation Sciences Group
has demonstrated a continued commitment to excellence in the design and
deployment of remote alarm notification software developed by Specter.
Specter Instruments is an acknowledged leader and innovator in
remote alarm notification software over the past 20 years. |
Employment Opportunities
Automation Sciences Group has interest in an HMI/SCADA
programmer to work with us on either a contract basis (time and material) or part-time
full-time basis. Depending on the degree of success and quality of
work in carrying out project assignments a permanent position may
eventually be
offered.Applicants must be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants
already in residence in Canada. A valid driver's license
(recognized in the Province of Ontario) and an insured vehicle in good working order are required.
Preference will be shown to candidates that demonstrate aptitude and
experience in industrial software suites developed by GE Fanuc
Automation and, in particular, to those formerly developed under the
company name of "Intellution, Inc." (FIX32, iFIX, iHistorian, etc.).

- Web-deployed data analysis and visualization tools from major
developers (i.e. Axeda, GE Fanuc, Matrikon)
- software development tools such as C/C++, VB, VBA, XML, ActiveX,
.NET
- Project Management for Industrial Automation
- Industrial wireless.
